friday night funkin (FNF) emerged in 2020 as an indie rhythm game that quickly captured the hearts of gamers worldwide. Created by a small team of developers for a game jam, this open-source project combines retro-style graphics with modern gameplay mechanics.
The game's premise is simple yet engaging: players control "Boyfriend," a blue-haired character who must win rap battles to date his girlfriend. These musical showdowns pit him against various colorful opponents, from a lemon-headed monster to a former rock star father.
