教えて! 美容/健康
We've come to know Kate Moss as the supermodel who's chic without ever trying--after all, she's become synonymous with biker jackets, just-out-of-bed hair, and mud-encrusted rain boots (and taking festival-style beyond the borders of Glastonbury.) Yet, Moss has revealed in a rare interview that, recently, she has actually started putting effort into maintaining her iconic looks.
Speaking to the Guardian, Moss acknowledged that, even though she was very "low maintenance" when she was younger, she's had to change a few things about her simple routine. "I didn't have to worry. Not what I ate, not about anything really," she said, adding, "I never used to really eat salads. And now I’m like, juicing!” The model also revealed that she still doesn't use any treatments for her hair, though she has recently started getting into the habit of removing her make-up before bed. “My skincare routine is really simple. I couldn’t be bothered with loads of products and I’d get them all mixed up and not know what I was doing," Moss continued. "I haven’t got the time or the inclination to sit there for ages, putting creams on my face." Moss even added that she's "quite into" going to the gym now." I always thought ‘this is agony, I’m not coming back. This is torture,'" she said. "Now I really enjoy it.”
During a time when superfood-diets and gym-toned bodies are reaching the highest ranks of aspiration, it's invigorating to hear one of the world's most admired women speak of such a relaxed attitude towards beauty. Of course, Moss would look good with or without the gym, but her casual comments, alongside a lineage of subversive beauty advice from British icons, work to make women feel better about themselves, no matter how they look.Read more at:http://www.marieaustralia.com/formal-dresses | http://www.marieaustralia.com/evening-dresses-online
