Bows & Arrow is a store only selling Japanese products.

Open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:30 to 7:30pm

Profile requested:
- Sales experience
- Very familiar with Japanese culture: we need to be able to explain about the history and specificity of each product
- Speaking French and English; speaking Japanese would be a strong plus
good communication skills
- Familiar with social network issues and Press Relation
- Good presentation

Task:
-Run the store on a daily basis, sell our products to our customers
- Daily accounting (make sure that the cashier-calculation is always OK)
- Build up clients database, asking our customers to leave their contact
- Daily posts on social networks (facebook, Instagram, etc…)
- Merchandising: changing the display of the store on a weekly basis
- Co-organize the monthly themes within the store
- Co-organize mini-events within the store (bi-monthly basis)
- Take care of our e-commerce business: receiving and shipping the orders that we get on our e-shop
- Manage the stock (weekly inform the back-office/Hoghan about products which sell well and need to be re-ordered, products which doesn’t sell
- Reporting to the back-office (daily sales, stock, new ideas, things to improve)
- Good coordination with our most important suppliers

Salary:
1600€ brut / month
plus incentive if sales target are reached

Beginning work at the end of August 2018.

- 毎日店舗を運営し、顧客に製品を販売する
- 毎日の会計（キャッシャーの計算が常にOKであることを確認してください）
- クライアントのデータベースを構築し、顧客に連絡をとるように依頼する
- ソーシャルネットワーク上の毎日の投稿（Facebook、Instagramなど）
- マーチャンダイジング：店舗の表示を週単位で変更する
- 店内の毎月のテーマを共同組織する
- 店内でのミニイベントの共同開催（隔月単位）
- 私たちの電子商取引ビジネスの世話をする：私たちの電子ショップで取得した注文を受け取り、発送する
- 在庫を管理する（週に1回、バックオフィス/ホーガンに、売れ行きが良く、再注文が必要な商品、販売していない商品を知らせる
- バックオフィスへの報告（日常の販売、在庫、新しいアイデア、改善すべき事柄）
- 私たちの最も重要なサプライヤーとの良好な調整

給料：
1600ユーロ/月
販売目標に達した場合はインセンティブプラス
