Hello,

DataForce by Transperfect is seeking a detail-oriented and linguistically skilled professional to design and evaluate user prompts for AI language models. The primary focus of this role is to create high-quality prompts, define grading criteria, and review model outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to guidelines. You will critically assess model generations, identify failure cases, and provide clear, well-justified feedback to improve system performance.

This is a 6-month temporary contract with a part-time workload of 25 hours per week.

Your main responsibility is to design user prompts and evaluate AI model responses to ensure high quality and accuracy. You will also be involved in transcribing and labeling Japanese audio data to improve speech recognition systems.

The ideal candidate possesses idiomatic fluency in Japanese, advanced English skills, and a solid understanding of basic coding concepts. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a methodical approach who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with AI model evaluation is a strong plus.
