季節の和菓子を作ってお持ち帰りできるアトリエを開催しております。

毎週月曜日の 10 時～、13 時 30 ～　（ 1 時 間半くらいの予定）です。
水曜日は 11 時～、13 時 30 ～です。（ほかの曜日をご希望の方は要相談）

6月は、①季節のねりきり 2 種、②大福餅を 3 種、③大福餅スペシャル 5 種、④ねりきりと水無月
の 4 コースの予定です。お好きなコースをお選びください。

①練り切り 2 種（試食＆抹茶付き、 4 個お持ち帰り：今月はアジサイやなでしこなど）

②大福餅 3 種（ 5 個お持ち帰り；あんこベース、生クリーム入り、クリームベースの中からお好きなものを 3 種 6 個作ります。希望者には試食でアイス餅も作れます。詳細はお問合せで）

③大福餅スペシャル（8～9個お持ち帰り；あんこベース、生クリーム入り、クリームベースの中から 5 種類 10 個ほど作ります。希望者には試食でアイス餅も作れます。詳細はお問合せで）

④練り切り＆水無月（ねりきりと水無月を作って試食＆お持ち帰り）


料金　①②は35ユーロ、③④は 45 ユーロ（③④は 2 時間くらいかかります）


場所はRERのB線、laplaceから徒歩 2 分ほどのところにあります。（パリ 14 区からも徒歩 30 分ほどの場所です。）

This sounds like a delightful opportunity to learn about and create beautiful seasonal wagashi! The variety of courses offered, from the simpler nerikiri to the more elaborate daifuku, is really appealing. It's great that it's so accessible from Paris, too. This sounds like a lovely and engaging workshop! I'm curious, what level of experience is required to participate in these wagashi-making sessions? Are beginners welcome?
