GOLDEN ARCHES
Full brows are in, and brides are taking notice. But they aren’t always so easy to achieve—especially if you followed the ’90s trend of over-plucking (we’re all guilty). Fortunately, 3000BC (8439 Germantown Ave., 215-247-6020) has a treatment to cure any brow woes. “A well-groomed, well-defined brow can make you look years younger,” says Jennifer Miller of 3000BC. The two-hour treatment is simple: It’s similar to a tattoo, except the area is numbed, and the pigment is semi-permanent. You’ll schedule a touch-up appointment for about six weeks later. So be sure to book three months in advance of your wedding.

HEAD-TURNING TRESSES
You’re most likely leaving your hairstyle up to a professional on your wedding day. But, regardless of who you book, your hair needs to be healthy first. That’s where Giovanni & Pileggi (308 S. 12th St., 215-568-3040) and their Milbon Smoothing treatment come in. “It smooths out the hair for a soft, frizz-free, and healthy look without adding weight,” says owner Giovanni Mele. “The color-safe treatment has different formulas which tailor to all hair types and textures from fine to coarse.” Mele recommends getting the treatment done two to three weeks before your wedding.
BENEATH THE SURFACE
Makeup can be magical, but underneath a flawless face is simply great skin. “Endymed’s Intensif is one of my favorite skincare technologies that has emerged in recent years,” says Dr. Bucky of Louis P. Bucky Plastic Surgery (multiple locations, 215-490-9864). “The treatment itself is microneedling with radio frequency, [which] amplifies the cell turnover and dramatically helps to boost collagen, reduce any fine lines, and tighten the skin.” Intensif is broken up into three separate treatments, each one month apart; the last is one month prior to the wedding, with the option to come in 10 days before for an added brightening treatment.
SMOOTH OPERATOR
Worried about laugh lines from all that smiling? Cross Medical Group (multiple locations, 215-561-9100), which just introduced wonder filler Volbella for fuller pouts to Philly, has the solution. About four to six weeks before your wedding, opt for a Botox treatment. “Botox will help you smile and gesture without making lines and folds,” says Maria Schafer, aesthetic nurse injector at Cross. “It helps to ‘iron out’ your skin.” If sun damage and unsightly veins are a concern, clinical aesthetician Joanna Pinkerton recommends IPL photofacials. “In a few short sessions, we can remove sun damage and veins to reveal a more even complexion.”
